TECHNICAL SUPPORT
In order to react promptly to any call from our customers, we have developed a free hotline in each of our factories. Our highly qualified and experienced Engineers are capable of guiding you for a quick trouble shooting. Technological developments, such as the Baler Information and Control System (BICS) and the Remote Service System (RSS) will also help increasing your equipment availability.
TRAINING
Comprehensive training of your workforce is systematically included in our installation packages. This is the best way for you to make the most of your PAALGROUP high performance baler. Via intensive on-site training, each of our numerous highly specialized Service Engineers is capable of effectively servicing any of the machines developed by PAALGROUP.
SERVICE NETWORK
This is a proximity network, spread over the countries where the Group is active, which guarantees that the person who will service your equipment not only speaks your language, but also understands your problems and needs.
